Choose a new or used Cummins generator
FW Power can help you compare new Cummins-powered Blackwell sets with used Cummins generator stock. A Cummins engine in a Blackwell set and a factory Cummins generator package are different products. Your quotation identifies the generator manufacturer, engine, alternator, controller and ratings being supplied.
Power matched to the duty
Let us know the required kVA or kW, site voltage, phase, frequency and whether the generator will provide standby or prime power. We also need to understand large motors, pumps, compressors and the way loads start. Continuous operation requires a suitable manufacturer rating and cannot be assumed from a standby figure.
Acoustic and open generator configurations
Depending on the model and stock available, a Cummins generator can be supplied as an acoustic, open or containerised set. Noise requirements, delivery access, fuel capacity and maintenance space should be considered before the equipment is ordered.
